The Board of Directors provides governance, strategic leadership, and oversight for MZ Newcomer Support Centre Inc. The Board ensures that the organization operates in accordance with its mission, applicable laws, and best practices in nonprofit governance. It is responsible for setting strategic priorities, overseeing financial accountability, approving organizational policies, and supporting the long-term sustainability of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and governance.

• Approve organizational policies and plans.

• Ensure financial accountability and transparency.

• Support fundraising and partnership development.

• Monitor organizational performance and compliance.

• Appoint and evaluate the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
